As a dedicated psychodynamic psychotherapist I am committed to helping you explore layers of your psyche to foster personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
I have a profound curiosity about human behaviour and the underlying factors that shape our thoughts, emotions and relationships.
I believe that our past experiences and unconscious processes profoundly influence our present day functioning, shaping the way we perceive ourselves , relate to others and navigate life's challenges.
In our sessions together you can expect a warm, empathic and nonjudgmental environment where you are free to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. Whether your grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking greater self-awareness and personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self discovery.
Through collaborative exploration and reflection, we will work together to uncover underlying patterns and themes that may be contributing to your current struggles. By gaining insight into these unconscious dynamics, you can begin to make sense of your experiences, resolve inner conflicts, and develop more adaptive ways of coping with life's challenges.
My goal is to empower you to tap into your strengths and resilience, helping you to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and create positive changes that align with your values and aspirations. Whether you're embarking on therapy for the first time or seeking a fresh perspective on your journey towards healing, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I am a psychodynamic therapist working privately with an extensive range of emotional and mental health issues. I also work for an organisation in London offering therapy to individuals and those offered support via an employee assisted programme. I am drawn to the dynamic interplay between past experiences and present behaviours and how the exploration of the unconscious mind can unearth hidden truths that shape your life.
I have experience of working with adults in several different settings, including charities for the homeless and victims of sexual violence. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the nature of human suffering and resilience. I provide a nonjudgmental, empathic and inclusive environment where all are welcome.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. I work under regular clinical supervision. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and work within their data privacy standards. I am fully insured for private practice.
